Hydraulic Side Action Grip

Hydraulic side chuck installed in mechanical UTM.

In general wedge-type jigs, it is common for the sample to be subjected to a force in the compression direction during the installation of the sample.

The side chuck is designed to avoid this initial load and is suitable for samples that tend to have less bite during the test.

Dual action type that holds the sample with hydraulic pressure simultaneously from both directions, and a monotonic type method that manually adjusts one side and operates only one side with hydraulic pressure.
