Chipping tester

It is an equipment for testing the painted surface of a car.

Test whether the painting surface is scarred when the car runs and collides with small stones by simulating a situation similar to the actual conditions.

A small piece of stone that meets international standards is blown away at a high speed using pneumatic pressure.



Operator can adjust the angle at which the stone pieces collide.


 

In winter, when the temperature is low, it is easier to scar the painting surface.

Similar conditions are created and tested through temperature control.
